Although the product claims to be portable and provide a dependable spare tire, it is unclear how it can be accommodated under the rear luggage deck. Is there anything that I am not understanding?

The phenomenon you are seeing is the condensation of water inside your exhaust pipes. The substance is not coolant originating from your engine. Do not concern yourself with it.
