StormChantana
I am curious about the forum search functionality; but, I could not locate any references to these direct-from-China mats on eBay. It may be a user mistake. Has anybody purchased them? Given the cost of $65 for both front and rear, I believe it may be worth attempting; nevertheless, I would want to ascertain if anybody has prior experience with these. I regard "leather" with skepticism, which raises my concerns over its "waterproofness." I reside in a muddy environment from now till June (the Northwest), thus I want to retain the mud on the mats. Darste
I am uncertain about their compatibility when marketed as "all models"; it is likely that they will need trimming similar to the universal mats available at Walmart.
StormChantana
Affirmative. I would want to verify that as well. They provide a comment section requesting exact make and model details throughout the ordering process, but I suspect this is mostly for aesthetic purposes rather than practical use. 😀
MokweleScoop
Lack of experience; proceed with caution. I personally choose "smartliner." An economical substitute for Husky Liners and WeatherTech. Presumably sourced from Amazon. I have no complaints.
Kix
All products originating from China are subpar, with the exception of China itself and fireworks. However, the majority of inexpensive products will originate from China, so what alternatives exist? Superior mats are likely manufactured in China. StormChantana
That piqued my curiosity. For those who may also inquire: Smartliner mats are produced in China, India, and Thailand. Husky and WeatherTech indicate the United States
ultimatemind
I installed Weather Tech on our 2012 vehicle soon after purchasing it in 2012, and they have proven to be very durable.
