After being imported from a US auction to Ukraine, my automobile had multiple upgrades but then ceased to get any more updates. Our local programmers attempted to remove the signatures, but the automobile never began getting updates. It is important to mention that certifications are updated biweekly, and the mobile application functions well. The most recent updates were obtained on 2023.32.9.
What is the method for resolving this issue from a distance? Does anybody have connections inside the Tesla service that might provide insight into the reason for the discontinuation of vehicle updates? Regrettably, I am unable to go outside of Ukraine to the closest authorized Tesla servicing due to the ongoing conflict with Russia and the imposed restrictions on international travel.
