Melonslab
My GPS system fails to adhere to the accurate stated speed limit. The velocity diminishes when I cross a side street.
stormwavy
Could you provide further details, please? FSD, EAP, TACC, versions?

cashewsdinner
What mechanism are you engaging that enables the vehicle to sustain its velocity autonomously? FSD denotes Full Self-Driving. EAP denotes Enhanced AutoPilot, whereas AP refers to Basic Autopilot. TACC stands for Traffic-Aware Cruise Control.
Melonslab
Thank you for the elucidation. I have improved AutoPilot. While traveling at 45 mph on a big thoroughfare, my vehicle automatically decreases its speed to 25 mph upon passing a side street.
cashewsdinner
While it may be used on any kind of road, I advise using AutoPilot only on highways. I still see it modifying my speed at certain on-ramps or junctions.
Melonslab
I appreciate your suggestion. Does this occur to others as well?
chantana
To all those use Adaptive Cruise Control in urban driving conditions. Autopilot (AP) is not designed for urban driving. This is the domain of Full Self-Driving, which is not yet prepared for widespread use. Utilize it appropriately.
