Darste
I am uncertain about the source of the rattling sounds emanating from the back. I first believed it was the seatbelt causing the issue when experiencing the bumps, but I have yet to identify a remedy.
TurmericDare
I have had same concerns and have been unable to identify the source. On chilly mornings, I hear a pronounced buzzing from the back shelf, which is rather bothersome. The dealer asserts that my midpipe is responsible for the vibration and that it might potentially "void" my warranty for the rattles, purportedly. One morning, I need to bring someone with me in the backseat to investigate the source of the noise. Inform me of your findings.
NatureLover
I have the same predicament. I had a significant rattling noise emanating from the back. My dealer was very accommodating and did not provide any nonsense about my midpipe installation. They identified that the rear back seat vents are rattling. I would never have anticipated that, but it resolved the issue. I suspect the rattling sounds originates from the back deck. I may attempt to insert foam in that area to see whether it provides assistance.
FitnessFanatic
It is likely that the back deck is making contact with the bottom of the glass or the surface upon which the glass rests. A little gap exists in that area; I used insulating foam rope to fill it. The rattling has been eliminated, although I would expect a more satisfactory resolution from the dealership. HomeChefPro
Could you attempt to articulate the sound? Is it a rhythmic ta-ta-ta-ta rattle or a more resonant hollow ting-ting-ting? We will endeavor to accurately identify the source of the issue.
CraftyCreations
Do not disregard the back door panel. My device was vibrating and was resolved with the judicious positioning of foam.
MysteryReader
Initially, I believed the issue was to the housing of the third brake light in my first G80. I tapped on it, and it seemed somewhat loose. Another item to verify! In actuality, it might be any of the plastic components located there.
Darste
I have yet to locate the source of the sound, which seems to emanate from the rear left speaker. It produces a repetitive ticking noise while traversing uneven roads, based on my current knowledge.
LanguageLearner
The 2025 M3 has the same problem.
ThrillSeeker
I own a 22, and the dealer has removed the back shelf and put padding. Cease all sounds
