Incorporating a credit card into the application

I previously had a charge card on the app, but I withdrew it, thus it no longer appears on the app. I am attempting to add a new item, but it indicates that one already exists, despite its absence.Is there anybody that can assist?

This often indicates a pending transaction on that card. Have you engaged in any supercharging activities recently?

Select the three horizontal lines located in the upper right corner.
Select Charging
Select Manage Payment
Select the Card # option under Payment
All cards linked to this account should be visible.

The charge card is shown in the wallet, although it does not appear as a payment option in the charging area.

A credit card should be shown in your supercharging payment method. As @rudolphultimate said, you should be able to navigate between various cards if you have added many ones. That is the arrangement in the United States. Are you indicating that it prevents you from adding an additional credit card?

I have the option to choose which card to use. I alternate between two cards to accumulate activity and points.
