provideRR
I received an allocation last week (MSRP) after submitting a $5,000 deposit in mid-June. The last deadline for specification modifications is September 11, and the delivery date is December 27. This is my configuration: Model Year 2025 P400 SE Long Wheelbase 7-seater, British Racing Green exterior, body-colored top, nickel atlas accents, collapsible side stairs, 23-inch 1075 diamond-turned wheels. Semi-aniline perlino, brown walnut Packs: comfort, convenience, interior enhancement, emergency, interior safeguarding, wheel safeguarding, external safeguarding Choices: Pixel LED, HUD, Clearsight I have conducted much research via previous discussions and would appreciate opinion on some proposed modifications. Advanced off-road package: Did anybody get this with their P400 configuration? The dealer said that this option is seldom chosen, and that body roll and float may be mitigated by using sport mode for the suspension. Do any backseat passengers with a P400 without this option report motion sickness? I do not intend to engage in any extreme off-roading, hence I am inclined to forgo this addition. Regrettably, dynamic reaction is not offered as an independent option. Convenience pack: Is the adaptable cargo space floor beneficial? I will likely have the rubber trunk mat in place most of the time, which may impede access to the floor panels. I am contemplating the removal of this option and the independent addition of the gesture tailgate, since it is just $200. Is the upgrading to Meridian 3D justified? Some individuals have expressed satisfaction with the standard Meridian, while others have noted that the 3D has improved with time. Inclined to include this option since all family members like music. Do the chilled seats with the 24-way massage feature cool down rapidly? What regions are covered by the massage? Mid to lower lumbar region? I am mostly interested in the cooled seats; but, I believe my wife may like the massaging feature on extended journeys. shakee
As an owner of a P400 who has incorporated these features into the '24 P530, this is my perspective: 1) Upgrading the sound system to Meridian 3D is important. This was perhaps my primary grievance and one of the factors that prompted me to sell the P400. 2) Enhanced massage seats: Although I use this function less often than anticipated, the seats are more substantial and cushioned, presenting a more aesthetically pleasing appearance compared to the 20-way heated and ventilated seats. This is yet another enhancement that I find really satisfactory. 3) HUD, Clearsight, and Pixel Headlights are essential. I did not perceive the buoyant sensation with the P400 to the same extent as I am now experiencing in the P530. I am uncertain of the reason, and this has constituted one of my grievances. I do not use my vehicle in dynamic mode, and maybe I might experiment with this to see whether it proves beneficial. Subjective Well-Being (SWB) I also purchased the double-pane glass, which significantly enhances the tranquility of the cabin. The gesture tailgate function was ineffective on my 2023 model, operating correctly only around 25% of the time; thus, I excluded it from the 2024 model. My sister has an older RR that works reliably each time. She adores the attribute. 7) The full-size spare occupies the whole cargo compartment, leaving no room underneath. However, I own a quilted insert from JLR that fits into the cargo area, which may be cumbersome to unsnap and elevate to access the storage underneath. provideRR
Thank you for your feedback! I will likely include Meridian 3D and massage chairs. P530 is around 300 pounds heavier than P400, with the additional weight likely concentrated in the front due to the V8 engine. 5) Affirmative, this is standard on LWB. It is likely that the gesture tailgate will be added independently, while the convenience pack will be eliminated.
eggnogx
A black contrast roof would aesthetically complement the BRG. Will you also get the shadow pack and black rims? Would undoubtedly be stunning on BRG. If you like music, it is essential to improve your speakers. The massage and heated chairs are excellent; the cooling effect is immediate, and the massage encompasses the whole back.
provideRR
Thank you for your feedback! I considered a black roof, shadow pack, and black rims; but, I choose more contrast with a body-colored roof, nickel atlas, and diamond-turned rims. The black/BRG aesthetic is very sleek and athletic. I will include massage and chilled chairs due to the high temperatures experienced here throughout summer. eggnogx
I own the Meridian Signature in my Autobiography, hence I cannot accurately compare it to other available speakers; one of the reasons I chose ATB was for its superior sound system. Which trim will you select?

eggnogx
Indeed, but which variant? Is the SE the subject since Meridian 3D? The SE represents the pinnacle of audio systems available from JLR.
turmeriK
I am thus interested in acquiring superior speakers.
eggnogx
If you go for aftermarket options, I am uncertain what to recommend; maybe someone else can assist. However, I believe the Meridian 3D should enough.
