Upon purchasing my 2014 vehicle, it was equipped with Audi Care. I used it twice; it covered an oil change, brake clean, and other services. Upon my second use, I was required to leave the vehicle. When I retrieved it and subsequently visited my usual shop for another matter, they demonstrated the actions taken or omitted by the technician while their possession of my automobile. They last made contact with the vehicle. At this juncture, I presume you are not preoccupied with the warranty? Locate a reputable independent company to do your regular maintenance. More economical and less deceptive than the dealership.
