  1. On one occasion, I was required to park my BMW at the Orlando airport for a duration of one week. I left it in the covered parking garage, believing this was preferable than leave it in long-term outside parking. Significant error. I overlooked the substantial drain pipe positioned over my vehicle. The birds preferred to perch on the pipe throughout the night. Upon my return, my automobile was encrusted with around 30 pounds of avian excrement. The automobile was covered in such a substantial layer of debris that it resembled a rigid shell. There was resistance while attempting to open the doors, akin to the difficulty experienced when trying to access a vehicle parked outdoors after freezing rain. I almost needed a chisel. It is no exaggeration; in the majority of areas, paint was almost invisible.
  2. I acquired mine mostly for the severe pollen season here. I just encapsulate the vehicle for a month, and it emerges pristine.
  3. If you value your paint, refrain from using a vehicle cover. You are only inviting scratches. Only washing should ever come into contact with your paint. I do not even dry my autos with a towel. I use a blow dryer. A superior option is a Car Capsule. Their cost is around $2000, although they are well justified by the security they provide. It resembles a protective enclosure for your vehicle. Prevents the ingress of dust, rodents, dampness, filth, pollen, and similar contaminants. I maintain one in my garage, allowing me to park my R8 there whenever I intend to leave it unused for an extended period. It is equipped with a HEPA filter that purifies the air prior to its introduction into the bubble. I use a Showcase, which is appropriate for indoor parking. They also produce outdoor variants.
  4. Affirmative. I just retrieved my automobile today after its repairs were completed. Indeed, "rectified." A wire was found to be damaged under the passenger seat. They repaired it, only to discover that the whole port region, a term I cannot recall, was defective, necessitating the ordering of a replacement component and its complete substitution. I am now in my garage experimenting with it and have managed to connect it to my Fire Stick; however, it subsequently displays "no signal HDMI." I am now experiencing significant annoyance. I have a four-hour road trip scheduled for tomorrow morning and am disappointed that this will not be feasible for that journey and the return trip.
  5. Indeed, I have activated the plug. I have consistently found it peculiar to have to activate it as well. The malfunctioning components are especially the two USB-C ports and the two HDMI ports located above the power outlet.
  6. Upon discovering that our 2023 model was not manufactured, we acquired a 2021 model two weeks ago, particularly equipped with back entertainment due to our five children, all aged nine and under. We have an upcoming road trip, so I tested the RES with our Fire Stick and discovered that those ports are nonfunctional. I am unable to charge my phone using the USBC cable. The 110v plug located underneath the ports is functional and seems to be operational, as shown by the green light. I have thoroughly inspected all the fuses, and they are all functioning properly. Has anybody else encountered this problem and discovered a solution?
  7. A malfunctioning door latch may be indicated if the window operates prior to the door being completely closed.
  8. Lack of experience; proceed with caution. I personally choose "smartliner." An economical substitute for Husky Liners and WeatherTech. Presumably sourced from Amazon. I have no complaints.
  9. @ouzo suggests that Tesla may have modified the lights since your vehicle's production, and hence, they no longer own an equivalent light available for purchase. If the new lights interact with the vehicle differently from the originals, the vehicle may be unable to process that information appropriately. Numerous contingencies exist; nevertheless, if the vehicle requires identical versions of the taillights, you might economize by sourcing a pre-owned left light that corresponds to the one you damaged. If a replacement taillight or set of taillights exceeds your deductible, it may be prudent to have insurance cover the expense.
  10. Is it supposed to sit on the plate in that manner? It seemed unfavorable to me.
